JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
To assist with creation of aesthetically pleasing visual and audio content for ZCCM-IH website and social media platforms. The main scope will include defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, and photos as well as shaping the visual aspects of websites, company eMarketing and informational collaterals.
Key Responsibilities
- To contribute to the management the aesthetics of the company website.
- Content creation and assist with monitoring of posts on all online-digital media platforms for the company.
- Monitor the consistent use of the ZCCM-IH brand and logo across all online digital platforms, Group oversight – subsidiary digital media presence aesthetics.
- Participates in the formulation, development, and execution of plans for communication through creative input.
- Assist in maintaining an online digital content planner or calendar for prompt execution of communication.
- Provides relevant support to units within ZCCM-IH by understanding and executing their creative requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining records of audio and visual content developed.
- Maintains a record of all designed content and templates for use
- Provide support in the development of creative content.

Academic Qualifications
- Minimum level of academic qualifications required to perform effectively in the role
- Grade Twelve or Equivalent with Credits or Better in Five Subjects, Mathematics and English Included
- Diploma or Professional qualification in the related field.
